Robert M. Parks
Site Planning and Development, Partner
Bob Parks has been a fixture in Puget Sound commercial real estate transactions for more than 50 years; Bob brings clients and partners wide-ranging experience in development, redevelopment, brokerage, leasing and asset and property management. Mr. Parks co-founded The Rainier Fund, Inc., and the predecessor of TRF Pacific in 1974, developing high quality commercial properties focused primarily on grocery-anchored retail. He, Charles Hart and Douglas Exworthy subsequently formed the present company along with Kay Carlson, Philip Scott, Rick Parks, and Tim Russell, integrating development, property and asset management functions in a common vision, operating philosophy and mission.
Bob is a Stanford University Alum, member of The International Council of Shopping Centers, Seattle #4 Rotary / Rotary International, and The Rainier Club. He is a board member of the Chief Seattle Council of the Boy Scouts of America and a retired U.S. Naval Reserve Captain. When Bob is not working he spends his time away from the office at the Park’s family retreat on Hood Canal or traveling the world with his wife and close friends.
