The first step to ordering disclosure documentation is to send a check. Once we receive payment, the 10 day processing period begins.

Can I pay with a credit card?: No, the only payment we accept for this service is a check.

Processing Time?: The processing time is 10 calendar days that includes weekends.

Can you start my request before you get payment?: The processing period begins the business day we receive payment.

Can I order a rush?: No, we don’t offer rush service.

Can I order an update at a discounted price?: No, we don’t offer this service.

Can I get my document sooner?: Let us know your time frame and we will do our best to work with you. However, we only guarantee the 10 day turnaround, and we are unable to guarantee an earlier date.

How do I receive the docs?: Via email.

Can I request a printed version?: No, we don’t offer this service.

Can I get an invoice for my requested service?: Yes, it comes with the completed document.

Who is completing my request?: The Association Manager completes the request.
