Processing Time?: The processing time is 10 calendar days that includes weekends.

Can you start my request before you get payment?: The processing period beings the business day we receive payment.

Can I order a rush?: No, we don’t offer rush service.

Can I order an update at a discounted price?: No, we don’t offer this service.

Can I get my document sooner?: Let us know your time frame and we will do our best to work with you. However, we only guarantee the 10 day turnaround and we are unable to guarantee a sooner date.

How do I receive the docs?: Via email.

Can I request a printed version?: No, we don’t offer this service.

Can I get an invoice for my requested service?: Yes, it comes with the completed document.

Who is completing my request?: The Association Manager completes the request.
