TRF Pacific is a full-service management company whose management skills and lived experience are the direct result of forty-seven years of commercial development, management and property ownership experience. Since 1975, TRF has developed fifty-nine commercial projects ranging from grocery anchored shopping centers to class A office buildings. The ownership group consists of five partners, each with their own expertise: (Development, leasing, construction, finance and asset management.) Which are brought into management of each project and property.

Property Maintenance Services
TRF PROVIDES AN ALL-IN-ONE MAINTENANCE SERVICE. WHETHER YOU NEED A LANDSCAPE OVERHAUL, PARKING LOT SEAL COAT, OR HAVE AN AFTER HOURS EMERGENCY, PACIFIC FACILITY SERVICES IS YOUR GO TO MAINTENANCE TEAM.
The facilities manager prepares work orders and follows up by dispatching those orders to the appropriate vendors for completion. Much of the scheduled monthly maintenance is handled by our maintenance partner, Pacific Facility Services (PFS). PFS, which currently employs 45 individuals, provides services including landscaping, day porters, snow and ice removal, parking lot repair, along with many other services. The facilities management group, in addition to the commercial property manager inspects the property monthly, creating an inspection report which the property manager includes in their report to ownership.

Property Accountant Service
Focused on driving value in each building, TRF's property and account managers provide premium services to both tenants and owners. We understand that every property is unique and requires a plan tailored to the specific financial goals and priorities of our clients.
The accounting department at TRF Pacific prepares over 120 financial statements monthly, utilizing either Yardi or Sage accounting software. Statements are reviewed by the property, association, or residential manager prior to release to their ownership group.
We would have a number of individuals assigned to your account which will include our Asset Manager, 2 Property Managers, and an Accounting Manager.
